John Sinclair, who runs a meat shop in the village, says Queen Elizabeth II's passing is like the passing of a family member. The Queen had always wanted to spend her last days in this village and at Balmoral Castle, and so it happened.

John told Aaj Tak that he has been here since the age of 5. He had the chance to meet Queen Elizabeth-II six times in his life. When the floods hit in 2015, she had come to his meat shop to know the condition of the area. The royal family personally took special care of the people here.
